How to troubleshoot the voicemail feature.

- To change your voicemail password, you must know your current voicemail password.
Note: If you've forgotten your password here's how to reset it.
- From the home screen, tap Apps.
- Swipe to then tap Visual Voicemail.
- Press the Menu key, then tap Settings.
- Tap Change voicemail password.
- Enter your existing password, then tap Continue.
- Enter the desired new voicemail password, then tap Continue.
- Re-enter the desired new voicemail password for confirmation, then tap Finish.
Note: To change the voicemail password from the dialpad, press and hold '1', enter the current password, then follow the voice prompts to change the voicemail password.
