Block messages
Learn how to block messages from your device.
INSTRUCTIONS & INFO
- From the home screen, tap Messaging.
- Press the Menu key.
- Tap Settings.
- Scroll to then tap Spam filter.
- Tap the Spam filter switch to toggle message blocking on/off.
- To add a number to the message block list, tap Add to spam numbers.
- Tap the Add icon.
- Enter the desired phone number.
Note: Alternatively, tap the Contacts icon to select a contact phone number.
- Tap SAVE.
- To remove a number from the message block list, touch and hold the desired number.
- Tap Delete.
- Tap OK.
