Email settings
Manage email settings such as sync frequency, server settings, signature, deleting an email account, and more.
INSTRUCTIONS & INFO
- To access email settings, tap Email.
- From the inbox, press the Menu key.
- Tap Settings.
- To add a new email account, tap Add account, then follow the on-screen prompts.
- To manage existing accounts, tap Account settings.
- To delete an account from your device, tap the Trash icon > Select the desired account > Tap Delete > OK.
- To edit settings for an existing email account, tap the desired account.
- To set the sync schedule, tap Sync Settings > Sync schedule > Set sync schedule.
- To edit your email signature, tap Signature > Edit signature.
- To update your account password, tap Password.
- To edit server settings, tap More settings > select Incoming settings or Outgoing settings.
