Access Voicemail
Check your voicemail messages.
INSTRUCTIONS & INFO
- From the home screen, tap Phone.
- Tap the Voicemail icon.
Note: Alternatively, you can check your voicemail messages by tapping the Phone icon from the home screen > Touch and hold the 1 key > if prompted, enter your voicemail password > follow the prompts to listen to your messages.
- Tap New.
- Tap the desired Voicemail.
- Tap the Play icon to play the voicemail.
- Tap the Speakerphone icon to enable speakerphone playback.
- Tap the Call icon to call back.
- Tap the Delete icon to delete the voicemail.
- When you have a new voicemail, the Voicemail icon will be displayed in the Notifications Bar.
- Alternatively, you can check your voicemail messages by tapping the Phone icon from the home screen > Touch and hold the 1 key / Tap Voicemail icon key > if prompted, enter your voicemail password > follow the prompts to listen to your messages.
