Change or reset voicemail password
How to troubleshoot the voicemail feature.
- To change your voicemail password, you must know your current voicemail password.
Note: If you have forgotten your existing voicemail password, you will not be able to access Voicemail until you reset your voicemail password.

- From the home screen, tap the Apps icon.

- Swipe to, and then tap Visual Voicemail.

- Press the Menu icon, and then tap Settings.

- Tap Change voicemail password.
Note: Alternatively, to change the voicemail password by calling into the IVR service, from the home screen, tap 'Phone' > Tap the Voicemail icon, or press and hold the 1 icon on the keypad > Enter your current password (if prompted) > From the main voicemail menu, tap the 4 key > 2 key > 1 key > 1 key.

- Enter your existing voicemail password, and then tap Continue.

- Enter the desired new voicemail password, and then tap Continue.

- Re-enter the desired new voicemail password for confirmation, and then tap Finish.
