1. From the home screen, tap the Address Book icon.
   
2. Tap the desired contact.
   
3. If a contact contains more than one phone number, tap the desired number.
   
4. Tap the Menu icon.
   
5. Tap Set Speed Dial.
   
6. Tap the desired number.
   
7. To remove from speed dial, tap the desired phone number.
   
8. Tap the Menu icon.
   
9. Tap Remove Speed Dial.
   
10. Tap Yes.
    
11. To make a call using speed dial, from the home screen, tap the Phone icon.
    
12. Touch and hold the desired assigned number.
