Add your Google account to sync Gmail, Chrome, YouTube, Google Maps, and more.

- Registering a Google account allows you to download and purchase content in the Google Play Store, access email through the Gmail application, receive personalized Google Search results, and have your account automatically logged in for all other Google-based services on your device.
- From the home screen, swipe down from the Notification bar.
- Tap the Settings icon.
- Swipe to the ACCOUNTS tab, then tap Add Account.
- Tap Google.
- Tap the Email field.
Note: If you need a Google account, tap 'OR CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT' and follow the on-screen prompts, or visit www.gmail.com.
- Enter the desired email address, then tap NEXT.
- Tap the Password field, then enter the required password.
Note: To reset your password, tap Forgot password?, then follow the on-screen prompts.
- Tap NEXT.
- Tap ACCEPT.
- Tap NEXT.
- The Google account is now set up.
