App troubleshooting
Use application manager and usage manager to improve your app and device performance.
INSTRUCTIONS & INFO
- From the home screen, tap Apps.
- Swipe to, then tap Usage Manager.
- Tap APPS.
- To clear cache, swipe to, then tap the desired app.
- Tap CLEAR CACHE.
- To stop the app, tap FORCE STOP.
- To update or uninstall an app, from the Play Store, tap the Google Play tab.
- Tap My apps.
- Scroll to, then tap the desired app.
- Tap UPDATE.
- To uninstall, tap the desired app.
- Tap UNINSTALL.
- Tap OK.
- To reinstall, tap INSTALL.
