View device software version
Check for updates to your devices operating system.
INSTRUCTIONS & INFO
- Swipe down from the top of the screen to reveal the Action center.
- Tap ALL SETTINGS.
- To find the OS version, scroll to, then tap about.
- Tap more info.
- OS version will be listed.
- To check for an update, return to the settings menu, then scroll to and tap phone update.
- To check for updates, tap check for updates. If an update is available, follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update.
- If desired, tap the Checkbox to automatically download updates, and the Preferred install time field to set the desired install time.
