Send & receive email

Add and download email attachments, respond to an email and more.

INSTRUCTIONS & INFO

From the home screen, tap the Apps icon.
Tap Gmail.
Note: The Gmail app provides access to all email accounts, not just Gmail.
To switch between different accounts or mailboxes, tap the Menu icon.
Tap the desired mailbox.
To refresh your inbox, swipe down from the top of the screen until the Refresh icon appears.
Tap the desired email to open it.
Tap Reply to reply to the author of an email.
Tap Reply all to reply to the author and all other recipients of an email.
Tap Forward to forward an email to a new recipient.
Tap an attachment to view it.
To download an attachment, tap the Menu icon next to the desired attachment.
Tap Save.
To delete an email, tap the Delete icon.
To compose a new email, from your mailbox, tap the Compose icon.
Enter the desired recipient(s) in the To field.
Tap the Subject field then enter the desired message subject.
Tap the Message field then enter the desired message.
To attach a file, tap the Attachment icon.
Tap Attach file then follow the on-screen prompts.
Tap the Send icon to send the email.
When a new email is received, the Email icon will display in the notification bar.
