Reset pattern lock
Reset a forgotten pattern lock.
INSTRUCTIONS & INFO
- After 5 failed unlock attempts, tap Forgot pattern?.
Note: The device must have already been associated with a Google account for the 'Forgot Pattern' option to display.
- Tap the Username field.
- Enter the Google account email address used to set up the device, then tap the Password field.
- Enter the required password, then tap Sign in.
- From this screen, the screen lock method can be adjusted.
