1. From the home screen, press the Left Nav key.
   
2. Scroll to Tools, then press the Center Nav key.
   
3. Scroll to Calendar, then press the Center Nav key.
   
4. To switch views, press the Left Soft key.
   
5. Scroll to Weekly View, then press the Center Nav key.
