1. From the home screen, press the Left Soft key.
   
2. Scroll to Email, then press the Center Nav key.
   
3. Scroll to the desired email account, then press the Center Nav key.
   
4. Scroll to [Gmail] Box, then press the Center Nav key.
   Note: Depending on your email provider, it will say Gmail, Hotmail, etc.
   
5. Scroll to INBOX, then press the Center Nav key.
   
6. Scroll to the desired email, then press the Center Nav key.
   
7. Press the Left Soft key.
   
8. Scroll to View Attachments, then press the Center Nav key.
   
9. To preview, press the Center Nav key.
   
10. To save, press the Left Soft key.
