1. From the home screen, press the Left Nav key.
   
2. Scroll to Tools, then press the Center Nav key.
   
3. Scroll to Calendar, then press the Center Nav key.
   
4. Scroll to the desired date, then press the Center Nav key.
   
5. Scroll to Open, then press the Center Nav key.
   
6. Scroll to the desired appointment, then press the Center Nav key.
   
7. Press the Center Nav key.
   
8. Scroll to the desired option, then press the Center Nav key.
   
9. Make the desired changes, then press the Center Nav key.
   
10. Press the Left Soft key to save.
