Access Voicemail

Check your voicemail messages.

INSTRUCTIONS & INFO

From the dial screen, press and hold the 1 icon to dial into your voice mailbox.
If prompted, enter your current voicemail password.
Note: If you've forgotten your password here's how to reset it.
Unheard messages will play automatically. If you don't have any unheard messages, tap the 1 icon to listen to your saved messages when prompted.
After listening to each message:
To delete, tap the 7 icon.
To save, tap the 9 icon.
To hear more options, tap the 0 icon.
To change voicemail settings, tap the * icon to access the Main Menu.
Tap the 4 icon to change your personal options:
To change your password, tap the 2 icon, and then tap the 1 icon to change your password. Follow recorded prompts.
To change your personal greeting, tap the 3 icon. Follow recorded prompts.
When finished, end the call.
