1. This device supports an external RF antenna to increase 3G or 4G signal strength. The antenna connectors can be found at the base of the device.
   
2. The antenna connectors are located on either side of the microUSB port. To access them the rubber doors must be opened by sliding a fingernail into the notch on the bottom of the cover, then lifting up.
