1. From the home screen, press the Right Soft key.
   
2. Scroll to Messaging, then press the Center Nav key.
   
3. To view settings, scroll to Settings, then press the Center Nav key.
   
4. To edit the emergency alert settings, scroll to Emergency Alerts, then press the Center Nav key.
   
5. Press the Left Soft key.
   
6. With Settings selected, press the Center Nav key.
   
7. Edit the settings as desired.
