1. From the phone keypad, press and hold the 1 key.
   
2. If you are an existing AT&T customer, your voicemail (including password) will transfer to your new phone.
   Note: If you have forgotten your voicemail password, you may not be able to access Voicemail until you reset your voicemail password.
   
3. If you're a new customer, follow the recorded prompts to create your password and greeting to complete voicemail setup.
