1. To enter a character, tap the designated key on the Keypad. Tap multiple times to cycle through the character options for that key.
   Note: The available characters will be displayed on the bottom of the screen.
   
2. Press the Right Soft key to delete a character.
   
3. Press the # key to access symbols.
   
4. Press the * key to cycle through the input settings.
