Email settings
Manage email settings such as sync frequency, server settings, signature, deleting an email account, and more.
INSTRUCTIONS & INFO
- From the home screen, tap Email.
- Press the Menu key.
- Tap Settings.
- To change settings for all accounts, tap the desired option under 'GENERAL SETTINGS'. To changes settings for a specific account, tap the desired email account.
Note: For this demonstration, tap the email account.
- To change email account incoming and outgoing server settings, scroll to, then tap Incoming settings or Outgoing settings.
- To change email signature, scroll up and then tap Signature.
- Enter the desired signature, then tap OK.
- To change email sync frequency, Scroll to, then tap Sync frequency.
- Tap the desired option.
- To add additional email accounts, from the Email settings screen, tap ADD ACCOUNT.
- To delete an email account, from the home screen, press the Menu key.
- Tap System settings.
- Scroll to, then tap the desired account.
- Tap the desired email account.
- Press the Menu key.
- Tap Remove account.
- Tap Remove account.
