Check the available device storage.
INSTRUCTIONS & INFO
- This device is available with 16GB of internal, usable memory and the option to add a MicroSD card up to 128GB (sold separately).
- From the quick settings menu, tap the Settings icon.
Note: To access quick settings, swipe down from the Notification bar.
- Swipe to the System section, and then tap Storage.
- The device storage summary can be viewed by tapping internal storage.
- To free up memory on your device, delete unwanted pictures, music, and videos by tapping Used space > Pictures, videos or Audio > Tap and hold the desired file > Select Delete or Remove.

- Tap SD card to check the portable storage.Â
- Remove unused apps by tapping Used space >Tap Apps > Tap the desired app > Tap the App info icon > Tap UNINSTALL.
- Clear app data by tapping CLEAR CACHE.
- Use a cloud storage app such as Google Drive (Apps > Google > Drive).
Note: You can also download cloud storage apps via the Play Store.
- Purchase an SD memory card to expand your device memory.
