1. From the home screen, tap Phone.
   
2. Touch and hold the '1' icon to dial into your voice mailbox. For Wireless Home Phone, dial 1 from your connected phone.
   
3. Tap Keypad.
   
4. If prompted, enter your voicemail password
   Note: If you've forgotten your password here's how to reset it.
   
5. Unheard messages will play automatically. If you don't have any unheard messages, tap the '1' icon to listen to your saved messages when prompted.
   
6. After listening to each message: To delete, tap the '7' icon.
   
7. To save, tap the '9' icon.
   
8. To hear more options, tap the '0' icon.
   
9. To change voicemail settings, tap the '*' icon to access the Main Menu.
   
10. Tap the '4' icon to change your personal options.
    
11. To change your password, tap the '2' icon, and then tap the '1' icon. Follow recorded prompts.
    
12. To change your personal greeting, tap the '3' icon. Follow recorded prompts
    
13. When finished, tap End call.
