This article describes how to perform a factory reset.
INSTRUCTIONS & INFO
- From the home screen, tap Menu.
Note: A factory reset will permanently delete any data on the device, and set it to its factory settings.
- Swipe to, then tap Settings.
- Scroll to, then tap Reset.
- Enter the required password, then tap OK.
Note: The default password is '1234'.
- Tap Master Reset.
- Tap Yes.
