Access voicemail
Check your voicemail messages.
INSTRUCTIONS & INFO
- From the home screen, tap Dialer.
- Tap the Visual Voicemail icon.
Note: Alternatively, you can check your voicemail messages by tapping the Phone icon from the home screen > Touch and hold the 1 key > if prompted, enter your voicemail password > follow the prompts to listen to your messages.
- Tap the desired voicemail.
- Tap the Play icon to play the voicemail.
- Tap the Speakerphone icon to enable or disable speakerphone.
- To save a voicemail, tap the Menu icon.
- Tap Save to save the voicemail.
- Tap Call Back to call back the contact.
- Tap Delete to delete the voicemail.
- When you have received a new voicemail, the Visual Voicemail icon will be displayed in the Notifications Bar.
