Reset a forgotten pattern lock.
INSTRUCTIONS & INFO
- From the Lock screen, enter the incorrect pattern 5 times.
Note: Your device must be linked to a Google account in order to complete this process.
- Tap OK.
- Tap Forgot Pattern.
- Enter the required Google email and password.
- Tap Sign in.
- Tap Pattern.
- Draw the desired pattern.
- Tap Continue.
- Re-draw the desired pattern.
- Tap Confirm.
