For security reasons, your voicemail must be set up from your AT&T wireless device and from within the AT&T coverage area.
Basic Voicemail allows you to dial into your voicemail box, and follow the voice prompts to listen to or manage voice messages. Note: If you are an existing AT&T customer, your Voicemail (including your password) will transfer to your new phone. To reset your voicemail password, go to att.com
From the home screen, tap the Phone icon.
Touch and hold the 1/voicemail icon.
Follow the voice prompts and set up your voicemail. Note: View Access Voicemail for tips to manage voicemail. Go to Troubleshoot Voicemail for solutions to common voicemail problems.
