In-Call Options

Learn what features are available while on an active call.
INSTRUCTIONS & INFO
  1. ACCESS SPEAKER, KEYPAD OR MUTE: While on an active call, select the desired icon. Select the Speaker icon to turn speakerphone on or off. Select the Keypad icon to show or hide the keypad. Select the Mute icon to mute or unmute calls.

  2. ADJUST THE VOLUME: Press the Volume buttons on the left side of the device.

  3. HOLD/RESUME CALL: Select the Hold icon. Select the Hold icon again to resume your call.

  4. ACCESS HOME SCREEN: Press the Home button.

  5. RETURN TO AN ACTIVE CALL: Swipe down from the Notification bar, then select the active call.

  6. ADD A CALL: Select the Add call icon. Enter the desired number, then select the Call icon.

  7. CREATE/MANAGE A CONFERENCE CALL: Select the Merge icon to create a conference call. Select Manage conference call to split a call or end a call with a singular call recipient. Select the End call icon to end the conference call with all recipients.

  8. END A CALL: Select the End call icon.
