- Make sure your device is fully charged and connected to Wi-Fi.
- Swipe down from the Notification bar and tap Settings.
- Scroll to and tap System, then AT&T Software Updates.
- Tap Check for Updates and follow the on-screen prompts to download and install the update.
Verify software update
- Swipe down from the Notification bar and tap Settings.
- Scroll to and tap System, then About phone.
- If the Android and Software versions don't match the current update, perform additional updates until they do.
