Make & Receive a Call

Place, receive, and reject a call.
  1. MAKE A PHONE CALL: From the home screen, select the Phone app. Select the Keypad icon > enter the desired number > Call icon.

  2. While a call is active, the Call icon will be displayed in the Notification bar.

  3. SPEED DIAL: From the Phone app, select the Favorites tab then select the desired contact.

    Note: To add a contact to speed dial, from the phone app select the Contacts tab then select the desired contact. Select the Favorites icon.

  4. ANSWER OR DECLINE A CALL: Select and drag the Call icon up to answer a call. Select and drag the Call icon down to decline a call. REPLY WITH TEXT MESSAGE: Swipe the Message icon up to decline the call and reply with a message.

  5. Select the desired text message to send, or select Write your own to write your own.

    Note: To create or edit text message replies, from the home screen select the Phone app > Menu icon > Settings > Quick responses > desired message to edit.

  6. CREATE A CONFERENCE CALL: While on an active call, select the Add call icon > desired number or contact > Call icon.
