In-Call Options

Learn what features are available while on an active call.
  1. ACCESS SPEAKER, KEYPAD OR MUTE: While on an active call, select the desired icon. Select Mute to mute or unmute calls. Select Keypad to show or hide the keypad. Select Speaker to turn speakerphone on or off.

    Note: Icons change during calls when features are activated.

  2. ADJUST THE VOLUME: Press the Volume buttons on the side of the device.

  3. HOLD/RESUME CALL: Select Hold. Select Hold again to resume your call.

  4. ACCESS HOME SCREEN: Select the Home key.

  5. RETURN TO AN ACTIVE CALL: Swipe down from the Notification bar, then select the active call.

  6. ADD A CALL: Select Add call > Keypad icon > enter the desired number, then select the Call icon.

  7. END A CALL: Select the End call icon.
