1. During a call, two tones will sound when a second party attempts to call you.
   
2. To hold the current call and accept the waiting call, press the Talk/Flash key.
   
3. To end the first call when answering the second, press 1, then press the Talk/Flash key.
   
4. To reject the second call, press 0, then press the Talk/Flash key.
