Voicemail Access

Set up is simple via guided prompts and there are many options for security, greetings and access. Voicemail is included with yourservice and is free of charge.
INSTRUCTIONS & INFO
  1. When you have an unheard voicemail, the voicemail LED will flash green and you will also hear an intermittent dial tone when you pick up your phone.

  2. To set up your voicemail, dial “1” on your connected home phone. Follow the voice prompts to create a password to access your voicemail and record a personal greeting or use a default greeting.For additional help, click here.

  3. To access your voicemail account, dial 1 on your connected home phone and follow the voice prompts to listen to and manage your messages.

  4. To remotely access your voicemail, dial the number associated with your AT&T Wireless Home Phone device. When voicemail picks up, press * and enter your voicemail password when prompted.
