This article describes how to sign into Google.

- Registering a Google account allows you to download and purchase content in the Google Play Store, access email through the Gmail application, receive personalized Google Search results, and have your account automatically logged in for all other Google-based services on your device.
- From the home screen, tap the Settings icon.
- Tap Accounts & sync.
- Tap Add account.
- Tap Google.
- Tap the Email field.
Note: If you need a Google account, tap Create a new account and follow the onscreen prompts, or visit https://accounts.google.com/signup.
- Enter your Google email address, tap Next, then enter your password and tap Next.
Note: If you forgot your password, tap Forgot password.
- To agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, tap Accept.
- If desired, to enable or disable Google services, tap the Checkboxes and tap Next.
- Google account sign-in is complete.
