- Make sure your device is fully charged and connected to Wi-Fi.
- Swipe down from the Notification bar, then tap the Settings icon.
- Tap About tablet > System updates.
- Select the Check for updates checkbox, then tap Select.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to download and install the update.
- The device automatically restarts once the new software successfully installs.
To verify the software update
- Swipe down from the Notification bar, then tap the Settings icon.
- Tap About tablet.
- The device has the latest software if the Android and Baseband versions match the current update details.

- After installing the software update, visit Troubleshoot & Resolve to fix any additional issues with your device or services.
