To update the software
  1. Make sure your device is fully charged and connected to Wi-Fi.
  2. Swipe down from the Notification bar with two fingers and tap the Settings icon.
  3. Tap the General tab.
  4. Scroll to and tap About phone.
  5. Tap Software update.
  6. Tap Update Now.
  7. Follow the on-screen prompts to download and install the update.
  8. The device automatically restarts once the new software successfully installs.

To verify the update
  1. Swipe down from the Notification bar with two fingers and tap the Settings icon.
  2. Tap the General tab.
  3. Scroll to and tap About phone.
  4. Tap Software info.
  5. The device has the latest software if the Android, Baseband, and Software versions match the current update details
