Airplane Mode disables the wireless features of your iPad to comply with airline regulations.

In this tutorial, you will learn how to:

 

• Turn Airplane Mode on or off through Settings 
• Turn Airplane Mode on or off through the Control Center


When Airplane Mode is turned on, the airplane mode icon Airplane Mode icon will appear in the Status Bar. Learn more from the Apple support article Use Airplane Mode on your iPad.

 

 

Turn Airplane Mode on or off through Settings

1. From the home screen, select the settings app Settings app.

2. Select the switch Airplane Mode switch to turn it on or off.

 

 

Turn Airplane Mode on or off through the Control Center

Airplane Mode can be also accessed from the Control Center. Swipe down from the upper right corner of the screen to access the Control Center, then select the Airplane mode icon.
