Software update for the Sonim XP10

Update software

1. Make sure your device is fully charged and connected to Wi-Fi.
2. From the System screen and select AT&T Software Update, then Check for Updates.
3. Follow the on-screen prompts to download and install the update.
4. The device automatically restarts once the new software successfully installs.

Verify software update

1. Swipe down from the Notification bar and select Settings.
2. Select System and About phone.
3. Scroll to and select Android version and TCL UI version.
4. If the Android and Baseband versions don’t match the current update details; perform additional updates until they do.

• Visit Troubleshoot & Resolve to fix software update issues.
• After installing the software update, visit Troubleshoot & Resolve to fix any additional issues with your device or services.
