Add and download email attachments, respond to an email and more.

In order to send and receive email, you must have already set up an email account.

In this tutorial, you will learn how to:
 

• Access email inbox
• Compose an email
• Refresh the inbox/view an email
• Email options


When a new Email message is received, an E-Mail notice will be displayed under Notices.
 

 

Access email inbox
 

1. From the home screen, press the OK key to open the App Menu. Press the navigational keys to scroll to and highlight the E-Mail app, then press the OK key.

2. If you have multiple email accounts on the device, press the right select key to select Options, then press the down navigational key to scroll to and highlight Switch account. Press the OK key to select.

3. Press the up or down navigational key to highlight the desired account, then press the OK key to select.

Compose an email

1. From the inbox, press the left select key to select Compose.

2. Use the keypad to enter the recipient(s) email address, then enter the desired subject and message. Press the right select key to select Options, then press the OK key to select Add attachment and follow the prompts to add an attachment. When finished, press the left select key to select Send.

Refresh the inbox/view an email

REFRESH THE INBOX: Press the right select key to select Options, then press the down navigational key to scroll to and highlight Synchronize. Press the OK key to select.

VIEW AN EMAIL: Press the up or down navigational key to highlight the desired email, then press the OK key to select.

Email options

RESPOND TO AN EMAIL: Press the left select key to select Reply. To reply to all senders or forward the email, press the right select key to select Options. Press the navigational keys to highlight Reply to all or Forward, then press the OK key to select.

VIEW AND DOWNLOAD ATTACHMENTS: Press the down navigational key to scroll to and highlight the desired attachment, then press the OK key to view. Press the left select key to select Download to download the attachment.

Note: By default, attachments will be saved to the Gallery app. To view saved attachments, from the home screen, press the OK key to open the App Menu > press the navigational keys to scroll to and highlight the Gallery app. Press the OK key to select.

DELETE AN EMAIL: Press the right select key to select Options. Press the down navigational key to scroll to and highlight Delete, then press the OK key to select. 

Note: Press the right select key to select Delete to confirm.
