Email Settings

This tutorial will cover how to:
 

• Access the email settings screen
• View server settings
• Change your email signature
• Add additional email accounts
• Delete an email account

 

Access the email settings screen

1. From the home screen, press the OK key to open the App Menu. Press the navigational keys to scroll to and highlight the E-Mail app, then press the OK key to select. 



2. Press the right select key to select Options. Press the down navigational key to scroll to and to highlight Settings, then press the OK key.

View server settings

From the email settings screen, press the up or down navigational key to highlight the desired email account then press the OK key to select. Press the down navigational key to scroll to and highlight IMAP settings information or SMTP settings information, then press the OK key to select.

Change your email signature

From the desired email account settings screen, press the up or down navigational key to scroll to and highlight the Signature field. Use the keypad to edit your signature as desired, then press the right select key to select Save.

Add additional email accounts

From the email settings screen, press the left select key to select Add then follow the on-screen prompts.

Delete an email account

From the desired email account settings screen, press the left select key to select Delete acct.

Note: Press the right select key to select Delete to confirm.
