Set Up Voicemail

Set up voicemail.

Prenote infoView Access voicemail messages for tips to manage your voicemail. Go to Troubleshoot Voicemail for solutions to common voicemail problems.

1. From the home screen, select the phone app Phone app.

 

2. Select the Keypad tab, then select the Visual Voicemail icon.

 

Note: Alternatively, you can set up voicemail by selecting and holding the 1 key from the Phone app. If prompted, enter your voicemail password, then follow the prompts to set up your voicemail. If you have forgotten your existing voicemail password, you will not be able to access voicemail until you reset your voicemail password.

3. Select Continue.

4. Select Continue.

 

Note: If this is your first time setting up Visual Voicemail, there will be a prompt to allow Visual Voicemail to find, connect to, and determine the relative position of nearby devices. Select Allow to continue.

5. Select OK.
