Horrible Customer Service

This was the worst service i ever received from AT&T. I ordered a new phone and received a used phone that was locked and could not be activated. Then when trying to correct the issue and get a new phone they wanted me to pay for another phone instead of replacing their messed up order. I was told to go to the store where they could not help and wanted me to pay for a restocking fee of $55. Was transferred to i dont know how many different depts with representatives that could not speak english.See more
