You can use some sticky tape to hold the end in place, if needed. 3. Wrap the strip or string around your wrist so it fits snugly, yet comfortably. 4. Use a pen to mark where it overlaps on your wrist. 5. Using a ruler, measure the distance from the starting edge to the line you marked.
