How long is the contract on an AT&T Wireless and Internet bundle?

Where available, AT&T Internet and AT&T Fiber plans require no annual contract. That means you’re never locked in if your connectivity needs change or if you want to upgrade to a higher speed tier. If you are a current AT&T Internet customer and want a faster Internet plan, you can check to see if you are eligible to upgrade to a faster plan here. You will be prompted to log in to your existing myAT&T account to modify your service. If a faster Internet plan is available at your address, you can follow the prompts to upgrade your Internet plan online.

AT&T Unlimited plans for wireless service, including AT&T Unlimited Premium℠, AT&T Unlimited Extra^® or AT&T Unlimited Starter^®, are available with any device agreement type.

Can I keep my current mobile phone if I switch to AT&T wireless from another provider?

Yes, you can keep and use compatible phones if you switch to AT&T. Devices must be unlocked and compatible with the AT&T wireless network. When you switch to AT&T from another carrier and bring your own device, you may be eligible to get unlimited for $25/mo. with AT&T Value Plus^SM VL for $25/mo. for up to 36 months when you switch to AT&T and bring four lines.¹
