A. It is the business owners' responsibility to determine staffing levels. The expectation is that you hire enough people to be sufficiently staffed to meet customer needs and provide an extraordinary customer experience.

A. Authorized Retailers are not allowed to sell other lines of business. If you’re approved, you may be able to use your existing real estate.
A. No. All employees hired by you will be your employees and are not AT&T employees. Meaning, they will not be eligible for any AT&T employee benefits. You will be responsible for maintaining separate human resource practices, including training and policies which govern conduct and performance standards of your employees.
