If you find you are seeing some, but not all of the U-verse channels that you subscribe to, you might want to first try resetting your U-verse receiver.
First, press and hold down the power button on the front of the receiver for 5–10 seconds.
This will restart the system and should return you to the channel line-up you have subscribed to.
If you find that the channels do not return to the program line up after you have rebooted your receiver, also check to be sure that none of those channels have been secured by the parental locking feature, which prevents access to certain U-verse channels when this option is activated.
