SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The AT&T Samsung Gear S™ Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on March 1, 2015 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on March 25, 2015 at 11:59 p.m. ET (“Sweepstakes Period”). The Sponsor of this Sweepstakes is AT&T Mobility LLC. (“Sponsor”). The Administrator of this Sweepstakes is The Concept Studio, LLC (“Administrator”).

HOW TO ENTER: You may participate in the Sweepstakes by visiting the Sweepstakes page located at www.att.com/cellphones/samsung/galaxy-s6.html (the "Sweepstakes Homepage") during the Sweepstakes Period and following the instructions to enter the Sweepstakes by completing and submitting the entry form provided with your name, email address and phone number. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connection; miscommunications; failed phone or computer or telephone transmissions; technical failure; jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions; late, lost, incomplete, delayed, or misdirected entries; or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical, or electronic. Limit one (1) entry using the above method per person/per email address per day. A “day” is understood to mean a day during the Sweepstakes Period between 12:00 a.m. ET and 11:59 p.m. ET. Multiple entries received in violation of the foregoing entry limitation, false or deceptive acts or entries, or entries generated by script, macro or other automated means will be void, will render a participant ineligible, and also may result in participant no longer being allowed to enter Sponsor's sweepstakes, contests or other promotions in the future, at Sponsor's sole discretion. All entries submitted become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. You must provide all information requested. Incomplete, unreadable or unintelligible submissions will be disqualified. All information submitted by entrants is subject to and will be treated in a manner consistent with AT&T’s Privacy Policy accessible at att.com/privacy. By participating in this Sweepstakes, you hereby agree to AT&T’s collection and usage of your personal information and acknowledge that you have read and accepted AT&T’s Privacy Policy. Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes your understanding of, full and unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant that Sponsor determines in its sole discretion to be in violation of any term contained in these Official Rules. Sponsor's decision not to enforce a specific provision of these Official Rules does not constitute a waiver of that provision or of the Official Rules generally.

ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to U.S. citizens and U.S. resident aliens who are physically located in and legal residents of one of the 50 United States including the District of Columbia and who are at least the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry which is age 18 in most states, 19 in Alabama and Nebraska, and 21 in Mississippi. Void outside of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia and where prohibited or rested by law. Each entrant must be the rightful owner (or have authorized use) of the email address identified in the entrant's entry. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the entrant will be deemed the natural person in whose name the email account associated with the provided email address was opened. Employees, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, Administrator, and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, divisions, subsidiaries, agents, representatives and participating promotion and advertising agencies and any entity which is involved in any aspect of the creation, production, operation, execution or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes and their respective employees, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, and representatives are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Immediate Family and Household Members of such individuals are also not eligible to enter or win. For purposes of the Sweepstakes, "Household Members" shall mean those people who share the same residence at least three months a year and "Immediate Family Members" shall mean parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. Subject to all applicable laws. Void where prohibited by law.

WINNER SELECTION/VALIDATION: Prize Winners will be selected by the Administrator in random drawings per the schedule below from among all eligible entries received. Entry for one drawing will be valid for all remaining drawings. Potential winners will be notified by email and/or phone promptly after selection and, except where prohibited, each potential winner will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, a prize/publicity release, and an IRS Form W-9, which must be received by Administrator, within two (2) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, in order to claim his/her prize. If a potential winner of any prize cannot be contacted, fails to sign and return the required documents and IRS Form W-9 or provide any other requested information within the required time period including a valid mailing address (P.O. Boxes not permitted), or the prize is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits his/her prize. Receiving a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which the prize will remain un-awarded. Prizes will be fulfilled approximately 6-8 weeks after winner confirmation. By taking part in this Sweepstakes you agree to be bound by these rules and all decisions of the Administrator and Sponsor which are final and binding on all aspects of the Sweepstakes.

PRIZES AND ODDS: Twenty-Five (25) Total Prizes/One (1) Prize Per Drawing: One winner will be selected in each drawing for a total of twenty-five (25) prizes during the Sweepstakes. A prize consists of: A Black Samsung Gear S™ (approx. retail value: $299.00). Total Value of all Prizes: $7,475. No substitutions or transfers of a prize, except at Sponsor’s discretion. Limit one (1) prize per household. All federal, state and local taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and/or use of the Prizes not specifically provided for in these Official Rules are solely the Winner’s responsibility. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. Odds of winning Prize in a drawing depend upon total number of entries received per the drawing schedule in Rule 4.

Prizes are provided “as is.” The actual value of electronic prizes is subject to price fluctuations in the consumer marketplace based on, among other things, any gap in time between the date the ARV is estimated for purposes of these Official Rules and the date the prize is awarded or redeemed. These device prizes consist of the device only; winners are solely responsible for obtaining voice and/or data service plan(s with an appropriate mobile operator. As previously stated, winner must supply Sponsor with a complete and valid IRS Form W-9 prior to receiving Prize. The value of each Prize is taxable to Winner as income. An IRS Form 1099 will be issued in the name of Winner for the actual value of Prize awarded if the aggregate value of Prize awarded to and other compensation received by Winner from Sponsor is $600 or greater for the calendar year. All federal, state and local taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and/or use of the Prizes not specifically provided for in these Official Rules are solely the Winner’s responsibility.

GENERAL CONDITIONS/INDEMNIFICATION: By participating in this Sweepstakes and/or by accepting any Sweepstakes prizes that you may be awarded, you agree that Sponsor, The Concept Studio, LLC, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, units and divisions; and their advertising and promotional agencies and prize suppliers; each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees; and each of these company’s and individual’s respective successors, representatives and assigns (collectively, the "Indemnified Parties") shall not be liable for any and all actions, claims, including, but not limited to, any third party claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, arising from or relating to this Sweepstakes, including entry and participation in this Sweepstakes, or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize. By participating in the Sweepstakes and/or accepting any prize that you may be awarded, you agree to fully indemnify each Indemnified Party from any and all such claims by third parties without limitation. Entrants authorize the Indemnified Parties to use their name, voice, likeness, biographical data, city and state of residence and entry materials in programming or promotional material, worldwide in perpetuity, or on a winner's list, if applicable, without further compensation unless prohibited by law. Sponsor is not obligated to use any of the above mentioned information or materials, but may do so and may edit such information or materials, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, without further obligation or compensation. The Indemnified Parties shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, stolen, misdirected, postage-due, incomplete, unreadable, inaccurate, garbled or unintelligible entries, communications or submissions, regardless of the method of transmission; (ii) telephone system, telephone or computer hardware, software or other technical or computer malfunctions, lost connections, disconnections, delays or transmission errors; (iii) data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry or other materials; (iv) any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by your participation in this Sweepstakes or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of a prize; or (v) any printing, typographical, administrative or technological errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes. Indemnified Parties disclaim any liability for damage to any phone or other electronic device resulting from participating in, or accessing or downloading information in connection with this Sweepstakes, and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should a virus, bug, computer or phone problem, unauthorized intervention or other causes beyond Sponsor's control, corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor may prohibit you from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines you are attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair playing practices of intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other participants or Sponsor representatives.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE SWEEPSTAKES WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHALL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY FEES) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTES CONCERNING THIS CONTEST SHALL BE RESOLVED IN THE FEDERAL OR STATE COURTS OF GEORGIA, WHICH HAVE EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION. THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF GEORGIA, EXCLUDING ITS CHOICE OF LAWS, SHALL GOVERN ANY DISPUTE. ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, INCLUDING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, BUT IN NO EVENT ATTORNEYS’ FEES; AND UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL AND/OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES AND ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN FOR ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES, AND ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED.

Vermont residents may omit return postage if requesting a set of Official Rules. All requests for the name of the Winner or Official Rules must be made by April 30, 2015.
