Tear down the language barrier with AT&T Translator, a free app from AT&T. AT&T Translator recognizes English, Spanish, Japanese, Chinese, French, German and Italian. It automatically recognizes which language is being spoken and translates in real time.
Say you'd like to have a conversation with a friend who speaks Spanish. Just speak into your smartphone. The app will translate, and then say, your words in Spanish. Then it will listen to your friend, and say what she told you, in English.
It's like having a personal interpreter on your smartphone.
