Access from AT&T is a low cost home internet service essential to bridging the digital divide, and is available to eligible limited income AT&T Internet and AT&T Fiber households who participate in one of our qualifying government programs, or with a household income below 200% of federal poverty guidelines.
Customers participating in an approved government program can apply here. Customers who are applying based on household income can apply here.
Available speeds and offers vary based on the type of internet service available at your service address. Select internet plans include in-home Wi-Fi® and unlimited internet data. Eligible households whose maximum available speed available at their home is 50 Mbps or less and who do not need unlimited monthly data may qualify for a lower priced Access from AT&T offer. There is no charge for Wi-Fi & installation is included, with no equipment fees, no deposit, and no annual contract.
To get started, Check Availability at your service address to see the available plans and speeds for your household and then select Apply Now to complete your application. Access from AT&T applications must be filled out and submitted by the applicant, who must personally agree to the terms and conditions.
* AT&T Internet Air, AT&T Fixed Wireless Internet and wireless services are not eligible for Access from AT&T.
You’ll need to provide a copy of any one of the required documents listed below for the qualifying program you participate in.
Income:
Check the qualifying household income table for the maximum income allowed based on the number of people in your household. Your household income and household size will be automatically determined and verified based on a variety of sources based on the information you entered in your application. If household income and household size fall within the income guidelines, you will be determined as eligible for Access from AT&T. If your household income cannot be automatically validated, you will need to upload your most recent W-2 or Social Security Statement of Benefits (SSA-1099) form to have your income verified. If your household income and household size do not meet the criteria, then you will need to participate in one of the eligible government assistance programs listed below and upload supporting documentation.

* Program enrollees under the age of 16 cannot be verified. If the program enrollee is under 16, the applicant information submitted needs to be that of their guardian. Documents provided confirming program enrollment must list the guardian's name or a form of government ID for the guardian along with their enrollee’s document.
